more successful sending Powell

Powell's last presentation to the U.N. was a pathetic puppet show. Powell not only has no credibility any more, he is seen as having no personal message to convey. Bush may just be a spokesman for the neocons, but the U.N. may give him the benefit of the doubt, after all, as President he could make a decision for himself if he had the fortitude and desire.

I don't think Junior grew a spine yet. This will be a fiasco for foriegn policy, IMHO, but it will be a blessing for our country. Junior may just realize that he is being sent on a fool's errand and start to demand more from his administration. He has the power to do it, but he is all bravado and no confidence.
