How so? When non-cooperation isn't tried, how does that prove that non-cooperation won't work? I thought by this Then the rest of the world makes them give it back, just like we did when Iraq took Kuwait in 1991, or Germany took Belgium in 1914. This wouldn't even take a war, to accomplish. The wonderful thing about globalization, is that it gives the other nations in the world (if they act in a disciplined and united fashion) veto power over the acts of any one nation you were saying that the world would punish aggression with non-cooperation. If you are only saying that they could punish aggression with non-cooperation, then my reply is, sure they could, but they won't. So, as of old, the victim had better hope that they have a good army or powerful friends, or both.
