I think the only "enemy" here on this issue will be on Eastern Standard Time...

The Iraqi opposition will claim that the Americans are using Iraq's battered state as a lever to force the economy open for exploitation by American companies. It's a line that can generate a lot of sympathy, especially in an environment in which many people take it for granted that the US government is controlled by a profit-oriented corporate cabal.
