No, I haven't seen any evidence backing your claim that he "lacks morals," yet.

I did not mention anything about a crime.

I used the term "crime" in the sense whereby it describes something offensive to the sensitivities, as apparently something about Grasso does.

Ironically, but entirely predictably, I'll bet you hadn't a thing to say about - or, for that matter, even knew of - his pay package until a few weeks ago.

But, he gives himself an outrageous pay package.

He pays himself?

And what makes his pay package "outrageous"?

Part of his job is to regulate the companies at the NYSE.

Correct. And?

But he is mainly concerned about pleasing the banking and finance members on the NYSE board.

And your evidence for that is what?

More importantly, what CEO of a company doesn't serve at the discretion, and direction, of the Board of Directors?
