I'm supposed to "look up" an association you're making between whatever Grasso allegedly had to do with Computer Associates and his recent NYSE pay package?

I recall that Grasso was on the Computer Associates' board which approved a pay package of more than a billion dollars to Wang. Wang quickly resigned after the payoff. Grasso seems to have learned this trick well, and did the same.

I think everyone will benefit now that Grasso is gone.
