let's get real guys. in the last 4-6 weeks IQ has never been better and the new management has just started. furthermore IQ has been making corrections and answering emails consistently and quickly, which is a sea-change from before. it is a better organization now every chart service has trouble on occasion, even the really high priced ones. go to elitetrader.com and read the bitching there. that said, IQ needs to communicate immediately with us when something goes wrong. the pop-up window in IQ itself is the best way. I think they should put a message in here too, given the history of this board. i've been one of the loudest gripers here in the past but things had been working rather well until today. let's be reasonable
