The operant term is "well- planned". Especially if what appears to be well- planned merely serves the needs of the isolated group, rather than permitting steady growth in population. There are occassional shortfalls locally. Many of them could have been avoided by planning, for example, grain storage. Throughout most of human history, the land has had more than enough carrying capacity, absent a catastrophe ruining the crop. No one is denying homosexuals the right to have a ceremony declaring their love before God. Since you have dealt with me, I suppose we may stop........<g>.......
