New Focus Deal

With the merge with New Focus, Bookham get

o An instant boost of 60% to their revenue
o Almost doubling their cash position
o Expanding their presence in both the Silicon Valley and China -> Taiwan, HK, Korea, ...
o Possible reduction of cost by moving manufacturing facilities to China

- cost 84 million of BKHM shares dilution.

With a mere 253 employees at New Focus, the increase of burn rate is insignificant.
