The fact is that Mojo isn't really concerned, at least not immediately, with his clients. He's concerned with protecting his own personal purity as he sees it. But that isn't an acceptable basis for discriminating, so he's had to go about trying to find a defense that will work. Well, I guess that's my fault. I was trying to steer him into coming up with something that was defensible given that he wanted an exemption to the rules and his original arguments weren't going to get him there.
