Are you aware that James denies the bodily resurrection and believes Christ has already come in 70 A.D.? James also believes that the resurrection of the believer is already past and there is no "hope" for you and I to look forward to?

No, I didn't know that. But it's easily refuted with Jesus's own words. Jesus said that this Gospel will be preached to the whole world before the end can come. Did that happen in a few short years? Nope. It's only now, some 2,000 years later that it can be claimed that every tribe and tongue and people has heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Also logic says that God would not make the times of the gentiles just a few decades when the jewish dispensation was something like 2,000 years. The times of the gentiles would have to be much longer than a few decades. The times of the gentiles has been argued to have ended when Israel took full possession again of Jerusalem in 1967. But that might not be so. Gentiles still rule. Maybe it does not end until the covenent with the anti-christ. Jesus has not returned yet.

Also the Revelation of John was not until about AD 95. If Jesus returned in AD 70 then it was not a revelation at all. But the Church accepted it as prophetic and John was (already) regarded as a prophet. If Jesus had returned in AD 70 the Church would not have been looking for His return as they must have been in AD 95 when they were regarding John's vision as prophetic.

The Word clearly says that Jesus's body was missing from the tomb. And he was seen and touched by many. He was not a spirit. Thomas touched the wounds. They saw Jesus taken up physically.

What happened in AD 70 was the Romans sacked Jerusalem and dismantled the Temple a stone at a time because they were trying to get all the gold that had melted in the fires and run between the stones. Jesus prophesied there would not be one stone left on another!! I have heard some say when the Romans sacrificed a pig on the Alter that was the abomination of desolation, but it was not. The abomination of desolation is the anti-christ. And he has not been revealed yet.

And there has to be the final process of the mark of the beast. I say process because that's what it is. I have written many posts on the mark and how it is such a perfect judgement by God. I should dig them up.
