This market has rallied back from dips so many times in the last year that when it finally doesn't there will be a rush to the exits unlike anything that we have seen since 1998. This whole thing is based on smoke and mirrors and the smoke may be starting to clear a little bit here.

Perhaps this weekend at the G7 this very fact was discussed and they are trying to let the air out slowly.

My only problem with that is that I cannot find an Elliott Wave count that will accomodate a move back to new highs. Can you?

Exactly, no I can't unless this thing just wedges out. I see one hope for Smelly and that's a zig-zag off the highs and that scenario dies below 420 IMO. BTK could be working on a flat (which I'm playing).

Look at the last two days on CSCO and consider buying the dip, I dare you! How about AMAT gapping clear down over a line which has held since May??

No major TA damage yet, but I see some warning signs that something is wrong with bully.
