Ray, I remember there was a Turkish extortion attempt to the tune of $25 - $30 billion, which was rejected, but I thought there was a compromise that followed that was still in the eleven figure range. I'm not 100% sure on that point. I know there were a lot of offers and counter offers, so I may be mistaken on what the final outcome was. In any case, it sure costs American tax payers a lot of money to have friends, when the kind of friends money can buy generally aren't worth having.
