Question: Who decides a tight national election? About 5% of the voters, the swing state male mainly white semi-conservative-semi-liberal dudes. They want the US to be tough on defense but are not hardliners. They are sick of Bush but they are looking for someone with bigger PROVEN cojones who can fix the economy.
