If you are good looking female, you would be fine. You have a big odds to do a secretary job for VIP. In fact, some of the help wanted ads indicate the only person they are hiring is a female. That is very true if it is a service sector job. As long as MPA, I heard of this degree 15 years ago. Not too found of this major becasue too many politics may involve. There is one tendency that the Chinese now have a attitude that those who want to back home from oversea must not be good. Because they can't survive from outside world. I think this disadvantage group of people is singled out unless you bring your money honor or reward with you.
