i2 Withdraws its Appeal of NASDAQ Delisting

DALLAS -- September 22, 2003 -- i2 Technologies, Inc. (OTC: ITWO) today announced that it has withdrawn its appeal of NASDAQ's decision to de-list i2's common stock from The NASDAQ Stock Market. The company had concluded that there was little likelihood that NASDAQ would reverse its delisting decision at this time given the pendency of the Securities and Exchange Commission's investigation of matters relating to the recent restatement of i2's consolidated financial statements. The company stated that it will consider re-applying to NASDAQ at a later time and that it expects that its common stock will continue to be quoted in the over-the-counter Pink Sheets for the foreseeable future.
