You are right. But they didn't go to the hiring post to seek the job. Somebody was setting up a position or they start their own business already. We are deal with two different groups of people. What I am talking about are those who came from Britian, New Zeland, Australia, Japan and just average US overseas who don't have a PhD's have to go to the job market to seek work. The people on the hiring post who are inteview with you may have the attitude which I am talking about and make fun with you.
