"Do you think defense spending can go up?" Good point and I agree (and even hope) that it has probably peaked. Only thing I wonder is where it is being spent now as opposed to where will it be spent in the future? A big chunk of it now is likely for troop deployment, support, and related. In the future, it might be more for replacement of all our bombs, tanks, trucks, airplanes.

Not sure if it is a good correlation but last time LB peaked was several years after the 1st Gulf War. I don't see the same thing on ATK... I will continue to research.
