i caught some of the arguments too... i was quite impressed with justice kozinski.... guy looked too young to be a reagan appointee... :)

If 3 judges ruled one way and then all 11 judges from the same court unanimously overturn it, does that mean that the original 3 judges changed their votes? Or do the original three not get to participate in the rehearing?
