The issue is the complete state of technical ignoramus of yields. The changes in regulation will in fact decrease emissions.

First off, calling your president "chimp" only makes you look stupid and immature. It's your right to disagree with him, but you should really try to be more of an adult.
Secondly, why is the current state of the environment only a problem now.? It's not something that just happened overnight, so you're blaming it solely on Bush makes you look ignorant.
