The vote was 11 to zip to overturn the decision. Here's the full text:

It says that the "speculative possibility" that use of the punchcard system may deny some the right to vote does not trump all the other concerns supporting holding the recall in October.

I also read elsewhere that the CA voting system is NOT up to the strain of handling the recall, the propositions, AND the Presidential primary election voting simultaneously, which would have to happen if the recall was postponed. Can you imagine how long it would take each individual to vote????
