Hi Tip, We could let the Franch take-over the job for a price! If Germany wants to enter the bidding let-em....maybe Larry Ellison wants in on the action? Who cares as long as the U.N. does some humanitarian work in Afghanistan/Iraq/USA? The U.N. is just going to come to us for the money anyway?
