well, I'm sorry to say that I don't like either company now, or at least any enterprise software that plays in the traditional "back office". Pretty much every enterprise software player is getting killed not only with this india shift but also a bunch of nasty Gartner group reports saying enterprise software doesn't add anything to the bottom line. If you want to play software, buy rhat- huge potential there, or one of the new collaborative document players like otex, or web meetings like webex. For larger enterprise plays adbe is doing great and MACR. That is all the stuff doing well. Business is good elsewhere like chips but software really is lagging here. Part of the problem is the crappy products too so not just a market problem, also a product problem.
