Well until we know more about the hypothetical its hard to say what the outcome would be...

However, he may be given fame as a hero by the media and non-judicial government entities; while still being considered for charges on criminal activity. The facts surrounding the death of the Arab looking man, however, seem pretty clear. The man was in the act of committing an assassination of our president. He was stopped by a bullet. Even the dead man’s relatives would not have a case against the shooter.

Good deeds are often backed by corrupt intent. The man responsible for establishing a cancer research foundation, who doesn’t give a hoot about the disease but saw an opportunity to make some political hay, still gets good guy credit in the temporal world.

I have some other concerns about the guy but, if I were the prosecutor, I would not charge him with any kind of wrongful killing...he gets a pass and a medal.
