I would think this becomes a potential legal problem for SI. Kinda like the dog bite analogy. The first bite usually results in no liability but you can get hammered when your dog bites the second person because you are presumed to know the dog is dangerous and has a propensity to bite. Its pretty clear that LB=BIA IMO. So far LB=BIA has clearly defamed, per se, at least three posters on SI (one who is dead an unable to reply). If SI is so unwise as to let such behavior continue unabated....and I'm not talking simple name calling here....I talking about referring to people as pimps, whores, etc. in very specific ways, then I fully expect someone will take some action to stop it in the legal realm......
