Robert, I am very happy in other situation. I do not feel Xoma has any intention of becoming a more transparent company. Don't feel comfortable investing in biotech but especially not in Xoma.

Do you think we will ever hear what happened with Crohn's? Doubt it. seems Xoma has made it almost a non trial so that disclosure is not required as no one will be able to say it was a significant event.

Tell me how you feel after tomorrow presentation.

Robert, what did you think of the presentation? You did not hear it? Well those who went to the UBD conference heard it.

The law, as Xoma sees it prevents the masses of shareholders from hearing what was said , but permits the connected few to see and hear the presentation and probably ask questions in a breakout session later.

Yet, you are content with this situation??
