The Intel services know this, but the Pols are, IMO, fat, dumb and happy. They think since they support the Pals that they are out of the line of fire.

I am not sure how you got to that conclusion.

The following statement from the link comes 2 years too late considering that the base of 9/11 attack was in germany:

"And we believe that we in Germany are well advised not to slacken our efforts."
