Bush also acted like Iraq was the reason 9/11 happened, which it was not. He needs to quit trying to link 9/11 and Iraq. It is more lies and deception.

If I were the UN I'd say "no thanks Bush" and wait for the next president. Bush acts as if helping out in Iraq is a privilege. In fact it's a dirty messy task with no rewards in sight for a long time, and whomever helps is sure to lose soldiers. Bush made his bed and now he forces us to sleep in it. Why would the Europeans want to join him? Bush had to bribe Turkey 8.5 billion of OR money and they still haven't committed troops. What a mess.
