Simple. The battle of the bulge was during wartime. This is peacetime. That's your entire problem Bilow, and unfortunately, too many people of your ilk have deluded themselves into believing the same thing... We're NOT at peace. We're AT WAR.. We've been at war ever since Bin Laden declared war upon the US. We just never chose to acknowledge that declaration until 9/11. We should have been at war in 1993 when Iraq supported those parties who attempted to blow up the WTC then... We're in a war.. A war that will last for many years, and constantly have the people of this nation wondering just when the next shoe drops and what form it will take.. Will it be conventional attack, nuclear, chemical or biological? Who knows... All I know is that unless people like you stop living in your fantasy world, we're not likely to reduce or eliminate the probability of such an attack. Hawk
