well, last time french helped in yugoslavia, they acted as human shields for whomever we were fighting. Considering that french insisted that US would get involved that really sucked.

germany is not much better, you seems to be helping french to protect french and german oil interests in Iraq.

If you want to help then cough up few hundred billions and stay out of our way.
