Among other things, that many religious groups who provide health services to poor women in the 3rd world, don't give help with abortions, or even with family planning. On top of that these interests have ham strung our government aid so that even as a nation we don't give aid that might fo to groups that even "talk" about alternatives like abortion. That is a crime against poor women in the 3rd world, imo, and that is just ONE reason. I have several others. I do not think missionaries are bad people, my mother knows many, they are lovely and dedicated, but what they do destroys indigenous cultures, and I do not like destruction, and on top of that their agenda gets in the way of true service (imo). So there is a small part of what my opinion is based on- I would have to write you a book to explain my entire view, and I don't have time for that, and I'm sure you don't have time to read that.
