Kerry was 100% right about Iraq from the beginning. It was not an all or nothing case, the right way was to pressure and disarm Saddam with real military force, then use the international community to invade if necessary and to definitely have a well-thought out poist-war plan with a real Iraqi government ready to replace Saddam's.
