Hello Pezz, Last Night’s Report:

(a) I sold my precious Aventura Message 19210327 <<August 14th, 2003>> at average price of CAD 4.6444, at a small loss (got ripped due to my early evening order placement since I wanted to go to sleep), for failure to perform on what should have been bullish news (potential trade sale by Vermilion), thus leading me to suspect that the implications of the news may not be that bullish after all.

I maintain my much heavier position in Vermilion uk.finance.yahoo.com (owns 70% of Aventura)

(b) I bought two half a tranche of Baytex Energy uk.finance.yahoo.com at CAD 9.57

(c) I bought half a tranche of Knightsbridge Tanker uk.finance.yahoo.com at USD 9.38/shr.

Hello Pezz, Tonight’s Combat Log:

I commanded my troops to de-camped these Ivanhoe Energy and Wheaton River positions

Message 19322256
<<September 19th, 2003 …
On the way home, I grabbed some Ivanhoe Energy uk.finance.yahoo.com at USD 1.89/shr, and ...

I snagged some Wheaton River uk.finance.yahoo.com at USD 2.01, and then I snagged some more, just for good measure>>

… for USD 2.93/shr and USD 2.11/shr respectively, claiming a bounty of 55% and 5% accordingly. Not to bad for 5 days of doing nothing.

I figure I will be able to raid IVAN after a cool down.

On the way home, some of the troops once again got side tracked, and raided a position in China Wireless uk.finance.yahoo.com at an average cost of USD 0.85/shr while the rest of the troops pondered on the decision regarding augmenting the on-going attack on NOOF uk.finance.yahoo.com , thought better of it and AWOL-ed the battlefield.

I know absolutely nothing about China Wireless, other than the fact that its name has ‘China’ and ‘Wireless’ in it, sort of like ‘DotCom’, ‘bio’, ‘gene’, ‘tronics’ of old, and that some whisper-er is trying to do me a favor to redeem himself for a past mistake. Sounds like a good recipe for another disaster. Easy come, easy go. We shall see.

... why don't you bid up CWLC so I can get out in good form ;0)

Chugs, Jay
