Either it'll be overturned, or the FTC will turn it over to the FCC. Either way, the DNC list will go forward. The public demands it.

This sucks big time. Gee,I wonder if the gov't will sell those 50M names to the telemarketers.

CA has its own "do not call" law which supposedly still stands.
