Sarmad, There were 2.2B shares traded on the NASDAQ today - truly a day of distribution. One day does not make a market, but it does give me a little pause.

I just finished reading a post by Les on his thread that is truly something to take into consideration - it has to do with mutual funds buying into stocks recently, as well as the huge increase in margin debt.

I urge everyone to read the "message" - it is relatively short, and there is a very interesting chart therein.

It highlights the fact that a lot of money has been, and is presently being, poured into this market - basically, what happens when all that money is in the market and no more is available to keep bidding stocks up to ever higher prices. I think they may have a point.

Anyway, as you point out, we are going to find out pretty soon which way this will be resolved.
