I agree that the Pacific legal action is far more important to the price move than the North Carolina legal action. If ASPs can hold or inch back up in a higher demand marketplace, obvious great news for Cree.

Let's let Nichia do the heavy lifting here, and go along for the ride.

Now, news that SEC is closing its look inside Cree, coupled with a dismissal of Eric's lawsuit...well...

Well, that is for sure! But one of the pillars of successful investing, IMHO, is being about to control one's emotions like fear and greed. The shorts apparently were not employing such strategies over the past month or so. <g>
