You may be right. Looking closer at the forms and also the records of how many shares that two of the individuals held prior to these reports - it looks like:

1. The net shares of stock owned by the individuals did not change after these form 4's were posted compared with previous ownership listed the end of August 2003.

2. There is a qualifier that they are stock options to buy at an exercise price of $50.10.

3. The options are exercisable on 9/22/03 at 25% of shares with an additional 6.25% becoming exercisable every three months thereafter.

Given this information it looks like despite the filings there were no net changes in insider holdings. Since there are no option prices - I assume that these options are incentives and can be exercised at the $50.10 price. I attempted to confirm this - but so far no success.

A couple of the criticisms of the company by various stock evaluation metrics is that insiders don't own enough stock and they have not done enough to decrease the TSO.
