Silly post.

We are at war with ALL terrorists....and all those who harbor, finance and support them.....which certainly includes Iraq.....the approach to fighting the war with each actor whether it be NK, Saudi Arabia, Syria, etc. may not be the same but in this case the best and quickest way to remove the threat was the way Bush chose.....

Once again, the United States was attacked on 9/11 because it was enforcing UN Sanctions and the "no fly zone". OBL has made this point clear several times - his reason for Jihad (against the United States) was the presence of U.S. troops in Saudi Arabia. Do you really advocate "staying the course" with the UN in the fight against Saddam?

re:"Oh sure, Saddam was a terrible dictator, and he needed to be removed, but we should have stayed the course with the UN in the fight against him. Now we find ourselves alone in the world, asking for help. This is not right. We need to build consensus amongst our allies. We do not want a world where pre-emptive doctrines supplant intelligent cohesive action."
