Cheney he Is on the Taxpayer's payroll.

That's only a partime position. He is still pulling in multiple 100Ks from his oil bidness and that takes most of his time and attention.

He's the creep veep. Yes, between his "deep-cover" retreats and his fund-raising luncheons, his sporadic tv appearances, getting sweetheart deals for Enron, then Halliburton, I bet he's put in two days' work since he began his term.
