OPTV is getting in the habit of jumping off of the open, and then reliquishing gains just as fast
I will continue to hold. Would accumulate under 4.
Expect this to be a $10 stock in 6 months or less

OPTV - 3.99 bid- took a few days longer because bottom wasn't quite in, but ~20% swing trade was there.
