I am not getting enough to have much of a reaction to what you said. Maybe conquering the "wilderness within" will make you more prone to imposing your will on the "wilderness without". Maybe there is no "wilderness within", only a series of choices which either contribute to the formation of character or do not. Maybe the trick is to know when to impose upon nature and when to desist.........
