This has got to be one of the tax loss
sale candidates this year .. I'd wait until
the end of October before making a 'buy'
decision ..

Does stock price= fundamental value using DCF analysis? No-did in the past
Does Stock price= value based on price/sales? No. Price/ cash flow? No- but did in the past.
Does stock price= what "bubble heads" are willing to pay for it thinking there is a bigger "bubble head" willing to pay more that is out there?

YES.

That is all that matters--now. So let the "bubble heads" play.
