I think a nation of laws should trust in it's legal system. That said, I've been on enough juries to know that the legal system is seriously flawed. The jury is supposed to make the final decisions, but is the group that knows least about the actual trial or case. Still, even when the legal system doesn't appear to work, for example the O.J. case, it still works pretty well. O.J. is watched very closely now and is unlikey to be a future risk, and in the end that is what the legal system is supposed to accomplish. TP
