Hi Sarmad,

I can believe new orders are off on durable goods.There is a large inventory of vehicles (03's).Some dealers are out because they got scared in April regarding Iraq,but most are loaded.

Let's face it you don't order 04 till you see the 03 winding down.Most dealers went into the Iraq war era loaded to the gills.

With annual rates good in summer but off annually - there still is an inventory overhang.
