Oh geez I guess its safe, as long as we are long gone before that time comes.

The Fed is committed, or is that should be committed?

The Feds policies have engineered the economy into a terribly out of balance situation. There is no balance for savers who desire to not take risks and who relied on normal interest rates. In a sense the Fed's policies have all but forced these people into equity investments and into risks that are ill suited to their future well being.

And we all know the flip side to the current policy.
