I nonconcur. The UN certainly wasn't refusing to be involved in Iraq in the aftermath of the U.S. aggression. They were, if anything, more involved than I would have suspected them to become.

Clearly, they are being honest about their decision to move non-Iraqi personnel out of country. The U.S. hasn't provided adequate security for the nation-building bureaucrats of the UN. Thus, they are leaving not to snub Bush or the neo-cons, but in a prudent move to prevent casualties.
