Oh yeah, I had forgotten about that. Last I heard work was underway. It should be open by now. It's supposed to include a nice restaurant as well. The way I heard it, there won't be that many rooms, but what rooms there are will be first class suites.

Phillips 66 used to own it, but when it became impractical they built a new building and donated Wright's building to a non-profit arts organization. They'll still occupy the ground floor.
