Yes, Jewels sketched a hypothetical issue involving a therapist who refused to massage women or homosexuals, and wished to justify this refusal through some sort of "stand on conscience". I don't know what he means, but I thought it peculiar that a trained therapist would find himself so prejudiced (or unsure of his own character) that he could not simply honour his professional commitment to do the work he was paid to do and to avoid criminal breach of trust and sexual misconduct.

I can understand any professional referring certain individuals where there is strong emotional involvement pre-existing...perhaps an ex-spouse. This, indeed, is all part of the training. However, to exclude entire blocks of people because of their gender seems to speak to some form of mental illness, if I am to speak frankly...
