Tsk, tsk, is THAT making the idiot email rounds AGAIN? The clueless dittoheads feed into that. Number 12 is lifted from Ted Kennedy's statement AGAINST the war, excerpt: I have come here today to express my view that America should not go to war against Iraq unless and until other reasonable alternatives are exhausted. The life and death issue of war and peace is too important to be left to politics… There is clearly a threat from Iraq, and there is clearly a danger, but the Administration has not made a convincing case that we face such an imminent threat to our national security that a unilateral, pre-emptive American strike and an immediate war are necessary. War should be a last resort, not the first response… We have known for many years that Saddam Hussein is seeking and developing weapons of mass destruction. But information from the intelligence community over the past six months does not point to Iraq as an imminent threat to the United States or a major proliferator of weapons of mass destruction
