Probably...On the paperwork that came with the offering they may extend the offer into next month. The chart showed this was coming however> stockcharts.com[w,a]daclyyay[db][pc20!c50][vc60][iUd20!Lp20,5,10]&pref=G <edit> Just checked the paperwork, the offer expired on the 23rd, but may be extended to 7 October))) I like anything that Gabelli manages, I have never, ever lost a dime riding with him. At any rate, utilities are as base as you can get. And last I checked, people luv their power, phone, cable, natgas...Lol.

Jim, took my gains (wife's) in GUT just now... 84 cents on 3000 sh= $2500 & change, not too bad for a few weeks.. I'd like to find another one like USNA, which I did find and put on a rat list when it was a mere $1.25 or so, now it is $60, making a new high....
