US global position? EMPIRE IN DEEP DECLINE
in fact, financially bankrupt and over-extended

it began with the failure of VietNam
the cost was the first $1 trillion in federal debt

we are now almost $7 trillion officially in debt
we bear the cost entirely alone for serving as world police force
which you probably regard as political success
and I regard as financially crippling

since 1980, the USA has forfeited almost its entire mfg capital base
most of it sits in our country badly idle
we have 75% capacity utilization
which you probably regard as an opportunity
and I regard as a wasteland of uncompetitive "gone to see" plant and equipment

financially and industrially, the US Economy has faded, declined, and is awaiting Argentine-like shock waves
we are hopelessly dependent on Asia for mfg output and capital for financial markets and the economy
we are hopelessly dependent on the Middle East for energy

THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A WORLD CURRENCY, WHOSE NATIONAL CURRENCY OVERSUPPLY IS SO GREAT, AND WHOSE NATIONAL DEBT LEVELS ARE SO GREAT, NEVER IN HISTORY HAS SUCH EXTREME VULNERABILITY BEEN SEEN, WITH FOREIGNERS HOLDING SO MUCH OF US DEBT

with your political blinders, you probably do not even see this
you are an idiot who speaks only one language -- POLITICS

you probably regard such a statement as loony
I regard it as factual, defensible, and utterly obvious

faded empire
I look into the mirror every day
I see a little beard growth, some hairline slippage
I see someone who examines the economy with cold reality

you probably regard yourself in the mirror with political lenses
and therefore see what you wish to see -- a power broker

I see in your words an IDIOT who has at most one dimension of intelligence, if you consider a political frequency one reflecting intelligence at all
